NEXEN Apartments was our first residential project: a 7-story, 228-unit community in Koreatown.

Completed in July 2022, it gives residents a fully equipped gym, an outdoor patio with grilling stations, meeting rooms, lounges and a pool. It is a ground-up, mixed-use multifamily and retail development.

The ground-floor storefront is home to TuCha, a dessert shop known for its fruit-shaped pastries.
