We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use nexen-properties.com.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

In October 2026 we tested every page of this site, with automated checks and by hand, for:

• use with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a skip link;
• labels and photo descriptions for screen readers;
• text contrast;
• layouts that hold up when zoomed in and on phones;
• reduced motion for people who turn off animation in their device settings.

Our apartment communities' websites

Each community's website, where you apply and lease, is run separately and isn't covered by this statement. If you have trouble with one, tell us and we will pass it on.

If you live in or are applying to one of our communities and need a reasonable accommodation or modification because of a disability, contact that community's leasing office, or contact us and we will connect you with the right person.
